2. External services

The current app also uses external HTTPS services for currency rates (Frankfurter), optional weather (Open-Meteo), Google Gemini when configured by the user, and a YouTube thumbnail host in a narrow fallback case. The website uses Umami for default cookieless aggregate analytics. Microsoft Clarity heatmaps and session recordings load only after explicit visitor consent, which can be withdrawn through Cookie settings. Those services are not bundled software components and operate under their own terms.

3. Apple frameworks

Apple frameworks and macOS system services are supplied by the operating system and are not redistributed as third-party source code by this website. The current app uses Apple Notes through macOS Automation and uses Apple's Translation framework for on-device translation on macOS 15 or later.
